How do I view my personal profile?
Log into the website using your email address and password.  If you do not recall your password, you may request a new one. After logging in, click on the dropdown menu located next to the bell icon near the GAME logo. Select "Profile" where you can check your renewal status, renew your membership, update your address and contact information.


When does my membership expire?
All memberships expire one year after the date of purchase. 


How do I recover my password?
Click the Forgot Password link in the member login area. Passwords will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the email in 5-10 minutes, please contact our office.

How do I join GAME?
You may join online. Payment must accompany your application form.


How do I obtain a receipt?
You should have received a receipt automatically for purchases online. For payments by check, you should also receive a receipt once processed. If you did not receive this notice within 21 days of payment, please contact our office.
