Hello everyone, it was great to meet you all yesterday at the first live session - thank you again for your enthusiasm, contributions and candour. Week two is going to focus on some of the evidence base, literature and theories of leadership. I've put together some self-reflection questions for us to think about as we read/watch the asynchronous work; look out for the email with the asynchronous work from Audrie later today. (I'm also going to post the first question as a thread here, so we can build our collective response). There is a VAST literature on leadership, so we will not be covering everything in 2 hours next week (you'll be glad to hear) - but I've tried to select the salient models / theories that are used today - specifically within healthcare.
